Alright finally I get the chance to blog…what happened yesterday?...yesterday I went to college with my dyed hair…I have looked at it left and right and I thought it wasn’t obvious…but the first thing everybody said when they saw me was…what did you do to your hair?...and ms wong told me to get it back to black over this weekend…haha…

Today during spe we continued our badminton module…I think mr. Chew is quite a good badminton teacher…he never fails to make us laugh…and I think he knows well what hes teaching…today we played sets using the proper point system…and I think its really troublesome…the doubles players have to change sides when we win a point…then the player on the left side is supposed to serve when his teams points is an odd number..or is it? I am confused myself…and there is this thing for the old 15-point system that has the first server second server…well I guess with an umpire solely in charge of these rules it makes the things much less confusing

after college ended I went to do my zhou1 ji4 because it had to be submitted before the day ended…after I finished it I went on to do other work…and started dozing off…haha…I went to sleep at 10 last night and slept for almost 12 hours…goodness seriously cant continue like that…before sleeping I was listening to this radio youth forum on 938 live…they were at temasek junior college…and the temasek students spoke good English haha…upon hearing them I remembered the governments ongoing speak good English movement and thought that perhaps it aint that difficult to speak correct English…one just has to put in a slight effort…however singlish is part of our unique culture, and we must not lose it…we just have to know what is the appropriate language to speak at whatever occasion…but to be able to do that firstly we have got to have a good command of our English and mother tongues so that we can switch them with our singlish with ease…or else the situation will be that we cant switch as and when we like because we aren’t eloquent enough…and end up speaking singlish even we are discussing business with overseas corporations…that will be disaster…

ok heres another 2 quotes from one of my favourite books:
…the idea being that if I rehearsed the pain, punished my body enough and did enough work, maybe it wouldn’t hurt so bad during the Tour itself.

To my way of thinking, the Tour wasn’t won in July, it was won by riding when other people weren’t willing to.
